FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
I am going to create a basic form page whereby any body (i.e. anonymous) can upload a change to a meeting.
Now it is anonymous but I will require a verified contact name who I can call to verify that this change is appropriate.
This way we can make is as simple as possible for people to notify us, BUT we can check the veracity of the change.
